In June, they got a phone call from someone who wanted to buy a helicopter for fun.

　　They found a Robinson R22 in Changsha, which was bought with 2.8 million yuan from Thailand five years ago.

　　They invited the customer to see it and let him have a test flight. He was satisfied and closed the deal in two weeks.

　　他们邀请买家前来验货加试飞，买主很满意，这桩买卖在两周后搞定。

　　Dai and his colleagues worried about how to transport the helicopter to the buyer.

　　如何将这架直升机运送到买家手中，这个问题令戴雨农和同事头疼不已。

　　They rented a hovercraft to move the helicopter. They removed the propeller blades. Maintenance staff escorted the hovercraft all the way for 30 hours.

　　为了运输这架直升机，他们租来一艘气垫船，又卸下了螺旋桨叶片，还有专门的维修人员30小时全程护送。

　　“We learned a lot from the first deal, including how to negotiate, how to read the maintenance record and how to transport it safely,” said Dai.

　　“第一单生意让我们学到不少，包括如何谈判，怎样看维修记录，如何安全运输交货等等。”戴雨农说。

　　Not anyone can buy or sell aircraft. According to Dai, the government has strict rules: the airplane for sale must have certification and flight log.

　　并非任何人都可以买卖飞机的。据戴雨农表示，政府对此有严格规定：出售的飞机必须具备相关证明和飞行时间记录本。( 注：即“三证一本”：三证是指适航证、国籍证和无线电台许可证。一本指的是飞行时间记录本)。

　　The return on the sale “was nearly the same as commission from a deal on an apartment,” said Dai.

　　雨农表示：“这桩买卖赚的回报跟房产中介卖一套房子所收获的佣金差不多”。

　　“The key profit lies in our after-sales service.”

　　“我们的盈利重点来自于售后服务。”

　　According to Dai, the yearly upkeep of an airplane is about 10 to 20 percent of its total price. So the maintenance and repair cost of a 2-million-yuan airplane will reach 400,000 per year.

　　戴雨农表示，一架私人飞机一年的维修保养费用是飞机总价的10%到20%。所以一架总价200万元的飞机，一年的维修费用高达40万元。

　　“We plan to provide other services, including aircraft rental and a free online test system for pilots’ licenses,” he said.

　　他说：“我们计划推出其他服务，其中包括飞机租赁以及免费的飞行员执照在线考试系统。”
